Identification of Project Construction Delay Factors in Depok City, West Java (Study in Department of Housing and Settlement, Depok City)

Depok is one of the big cities in West Java, and it a buffer zone for capital city Indonesia, Jakarta. Hence, government very active developing city, especially building housing settlements. There are many projects handled by but often delayed. To solve these problems, purpose this research to identify construction project delay factor. 5 variables studied study such as owner factors, contractor consultant shared responsibility external factors. This with qualitative approach conducting literature review results will be validated experts following provisions Project Management Institute. The analysis show that variables, namely factors valid influencing delays City. expected have positive implications become reference mitigating risk determining control measures future City other cities.
